won one and took the fourth with a k o the first three bouts were in aldershot against english army champions the fourth in which he scored a knockout victory in the fourth is very interesting his leave came up he went to liverpool on arriv ing he went to see johnny best the promoter his sales talk earned him his first professional bout his op ponent who was already a profession al with a fair
