will be nice around here all the wild oowere or owning out tn bloom no there are some lovely homes around here but what keeps me wondering la how and why so many have great big homes so fsr apart and thought it woold do for one night after dinner wr took a walk all up around the old castle gee it is nice up there and au around 11 i don t kno how high the rock is that the castle u built on but it is up high enough to look over most any part of edinburgh then we hsd supper it cost more to eat here and you dldn t bet so much and there are not so many p sees to eat but there is a bank on most every corner and somt times in between oee no wonder they say the sects can save money for they can bank it before they have time to spend it we took in another show here then thought it was time to go to bed but i was wrong that time oh yes got to bed ok but about that time in comes another fellow looking for his bed but there was a fellow in his bed and he took on hour and a halt to tell me the fellow had his bed then another two hours to wake this fellow up and tell him hes in the wrong bed and get the fellow another bed well they get another bed o k but back they come to wake the fellow up to tell hlrn he could stay there bull there wasnt any need of that for he could not lcavr anyhow under his own steam well starch 17th we went out to the zoo to see our friends boy how they can climb paru of london have been hit hard but ther is a lot of london there yet to see well our tunc is getting snort now it ts 8 pan and wo are on our train again headed hack to camp wc turned in our passes at 8 is just 3 and threequarters ot an hour early and that was a lot better than that much late for that much late wc would havo been doing pack drill for three hours a night lor the next five days well that was my 7day leave last week x was out to another camp four of us went with ten officers and that turned out to be a real old home week for mo one of our four was broke the outer two were in
