starts november 18th the hon mr justice dallon wells commissioner appointed to enquire in to the production and distribution of milk in the province of ontario stated today that the commission would com mence its sittings on the 18th novem ber next the commissioner proposes to sit flrt in the city of toronto and to deal first with the history of the re levant legislation and control of milk and milk products and the operation of the milk control board represen tations from interested parties in the toronto area will not be heard at these preliminary sittings hut a fur ther opportunty will be
