halton cooperative medical servi vices represented halton county at the conference it was unanimously agreed that a federation of all such groups was necessary in order to keep this val ued service on sound ground a pro posed constitution was drafted and presented to the delegates and after several hours of discussion a ilnal draft was unanimously approved and the new provincial organization set up
