of pay of town employees to bc an hour with no cvertimc pay except for sundays when time and a half will be paid alf collins will be paid an extra 50 a year for serving as weed in spector moved by armstrong andsdav- idson mayor gibbons introduced the subject saying that there were dlf- ficulties in the previous wage rate which was 85c an hour plus tune and a half for all overtime often the men
