on friday afternoon june 26th following a lengthy meeting of the riding executive last weekend mr giles stated arrangements are going forward to accord mr st laurent a typical allout halton welcome when he arrives at the park for the rally j this is the first time canadas prime minister has ever visited this county on a speaking engagement and wdaim to make the occasltm a memorarole one he declared murray mcphail who will carry the partys standard in the august 10th election announced that in the event of unfavourable weather the rally would move indoors at the oakville memorial arena ladies of the anglfcan church catered to the gideons and their ladies a num- wr of guests were present from guelph kitchener and toronto thv banquet was enjoyed by about 25 christian friends chairman
