active in many organiza tion since he established his cleaning plant here after the war a napanee native he served in the rcaf and is a legion member past president of the lions club a mason and ardent hockey club supporter with his wife and two children he lives on normandy blvd e w bus binkley is completing his second twoyear term as a hydro commis sioner and this year is chairman of the
