though no action will be taken like this at present council decided to instruct pol lea to make regular highway pat rol at school crossing times the school board in turn will consider using a crossing guard for longer periods of time and possibly hiring a special man for the job rather than including this with mr s dewhursts duties as caretaker council also suggested that safety films and lectures at the school would be helpful consideration is being given to easing the work of the present town staff either by hiring extra help or by using more machinery the auditor ii a lever men tioned in his
