s7300 mr simmons will receive 4200 and 8c a mile car allowance the plan has the unanimous ap proval of the three town councils the administrative committee com posed of three from each council is headed by mayor jack armstrong georgetown as chairman and acton town clerk jack mcgcechle as se cretary while ge mem bers are the mayor reeve stan alien and deputy allan norton any council member may serve the town as a voting member of the board if one of these cannot attend a meeting acton is to pay the en gineer a salary and expenses and bill the other two munlcl pall ties for their shsre until the end of 1934 costs will be shared on an equal basis a re cord of time spent will be kept and if it is found that any one town is getting more benotflt from mr simmons services it is possible that
