zoning map a restricted area zoning bylaw being by taw to reg ulate the use of land and the character location and use of buildings in the town of georg 1 title this bv law bhall be known as the restricted area zoning by law of the town of georgetown 2 scope no building structure or land shall be used and no build ing or structure shall be hereafter erected structurally altered en larged or maintained within the territorial limits of the town of georgetown as now or hereafter legally constituted except in con formity v ith the provisions of this bv law 3 dcfmit ons for the purpose of this b law the definitions and interpretations riven in this sec hon shall govern words used in the present tense include the future words in the singular num ber include the plural words in the plural include the singular number the word used includes arranged designed or intended to be uflcd the word shall is man datory and not directory in this bv law unless the con text otherwise requires 3 1 accessorv when used to de scribe a use shall mean a use nat urally and nor math incidental subordinate and exclusively devo ted to a main use and located on the same lot 3 2 accessory buildine meins a detached buildine the use of which is incident or secondarv t that of the main building and not used for human habitation located on the same lot with the m un bull ding and includes a private garage and m an industrial zone a gate house 3 3 accessory room shall mean a room in a building other than a habitable room designed or used for human habitation and private use and shall include a bathroom shower water closet compartment laundry pantry hallwav or corn dor furnace storage or recreation room and a cellar 3 4 accessory use shall mean use customarily incidental and sub- ordinate to
