grants the north halton board m 1958 receives grants under the arrangement which applies to all rural mumci palittes and to urban municipal ities with a population under 13 000 north halton will in 1958 receive 73 per cent of recognized cost plus a grant per pupil of 167 to this would be added a grant of 150 for each of the former sec tions now constituting the high school district and grant on
