the first two night sales were going as soon as pos sible president bill hamilton repor ted that tickets would be on sale downtown this saturday and ask ed members to help as much as possible bob barber reported on the pos ter competition and announced that the prizes to the winners arc to be presented at the minstrel show and that a display of the posters would be shown also at the show he said the cooperation from teachers and school pupils had been wonderful and that the posters were extremely good bill raycroft reported on the progress of the show program a rather ambitious project that has been completed and will be prin ted in the next few days the president asked for volun teers to handle ticket sales and to arranged for cleaning rooms after wards and arrangements were also made to obtain a loudspeaker to promote ticket sales a singsong ended the evening raising the two teams were cap tained by mrs clare little and mrs vic mcniven the little team being the winners total
