held in september presented her re- pott to the meeting mrs cur- rla proposed a vote of thanks to mrs header and to all those who assisted at the tea the auxiliary were invited te examine a display arranged by mrs robert burns tewing and knitting convener of nee dlework toys and knitting made by members this work will be on sale at the spring bazaar and evenluallj it is hoped in the hospital giflfehop all ladies who enjov k riffling or sewing were exhorted to contribute samples of their handiwork as mrs burns was elected a vice president this year a new convener had to be found and the auxman was delighted to welcome mrs r oili ler as convener of sewing and knit ting for this year the ladies of ballinafad wo men s institute spent a busv winter last ear making a most beautiful quilt which they de cided to raffle the proceeds to be donated to the hospital auxiliary mrs e c snow of ballinafad was present at the meeting to show the loely quilt and to preside over the draw this was made b mrs john glynn and the fortunate win ner was mrs aiken of r r 2 acton the sale of tickets rea lifed over 100 and the good ladies of ballinafad wl should he immensely proud of their generous
