association mr heslop led a delegation to the mm ister of planning development to present resolutions passed by the ontano regional housing con ference held earlier this year at ottawa with the minister they met community planning officials of his department who concurred with the home builders that a na tional bui ding code would improve the standard of community plan mrg and subdivision
