discussed and mr crabtrc- mentioned that proposals for such a board under consideration however uch a board quired a minimum support of a 2 mill rate from tho town under ontario statute and this was considerably more than the parks and cedarvale boards re ceived at the moment mr hit said the official plan for the town was under revision and an amended plan might be ready for approval next year the amended plan would cover developments in the areas not now covered b agreements be tween the town and the devel opers but it could not alter these exiting agreements the de ficiency of suitaole
