dishcncst bank employee suspected of tampering with the customers account the caller will i hen in a very persuasive tone obtain from the victim information concerning the amount of mo ney on deposit in her account he will then request that she go to the bank and withdraw a substantial amount from account hor as part of the scheme the victim is advised that in mak ing this withdrawal she will assist in trapping the dishonest employee stje will also be ad vised not to tell anyone the caller may offer to pick her up send a taxi meet her at a predctermined rendezvous or imply that she may have rec eived counterfeit money in a withdrawal arid he will take it and examine it for her if she expresses doubt that the caller is a bank official or a police officer he will tell her to hang up spots toured during a two weeks camp by the local squadron at canadian forces base trenton the cadets lived in a permanent tent city as well as liking side tours to ottawa toronto niagara falls and town of georgetown georgetown ontario the corporation of the town of georgetown bylaw no 6858 a bylaw to impose a special charge on classes of building that impose or may impose a heavy load on the municipal sewer or water system whereas all residential buildings in the town of georgetown not being single family detached dwelling a semidetached dwelling or a duplex dwelling and all combined residential and nopresidential buildings having more than two dwelling units erected or enlarged after the passage of this bylaw may impose a heavy load on the sewer system or water system or both by reason of which expenditures are or may be required to provide additional sanitary or storm sewer or watersupply capac ity that in the opinion of the council would not otherwise be required and whereas it is expedient to impose a special charge on the owners of the abovementioned buildings subject to the exceptions hereinafter set forth to pay for part of the cast of providing the additional capacity and whereas the council is by section 379c of ihe municipal act rso 1960 c 249 as enacted by ontario statutes 1965 chapter 77 section 29 with the approval of tho ontario mun icipal board authorized to enact as hereinafter set forth new therefore the council of the corporation of the town af georgetown enacts hollows 1 in this bylaw a apartment units are defined as follows i bachelor unit means one room combining living and eating areas ii one bedroom unit means two soparatcd rnonru capable of being used for sleeping and living quarters iii two bedroom unit meaas three separated rooms capable of being used for sleeping and living quarters iv three bedroom unit means four separated rooms capable of being used for sleeping and living quarters v four bedroom unit means five separated rnoms capable of being used for sleeping and living quarters the above definitions all exclude the bathroom and kitchen facilities as additional rooms where the dining area forms in intesra part of the living room the two shall be con strued as one room b combined residential and nonresidential building means a building containing t i dwelling units and p ii space devoted to other purposes which space is not necessary to a dwelling unit or dwelling units only c dwelling unit means one room or tun nr morn rooms connected together or having access one to inothrr intended for use as a separate unit in the same build ing and constituting an independent housekeeping unit for residential occupancy d gross floor area means the total floor area by adding together the area contained within the eter of the exterior of the building at each fax level 1 e residential building means a building containing only1 x i a dwelling unit or dweling units or ii a dwelling unit or dwelling units en sory to such use only 2 from andqafter the passage of this bylaw as a condition ofl the issuance of a building permit for the erection or largement of any of the classes of tnilttiwg set oat and as at condition i of the issuing of such building permit by the owner af every i building in the town of georgetown of the type or types i described in the said column 1 table column i row building inspector of the corporation at the time of issuance of the building permit and tho u building inspector shall certify the aunount of the chart to the treasurer of the corporation 2 the treasurer shall gj a prepare a special roll showing i the name of the owner ii a description of the land on which the wtn is erected or enlarged and iii the amount of the charge imposed aider sec tion 2 b send a notice to the owner at least fifteen days be fore the neat sitting of the court of rexistoai aft which an appeal from the charge may be heardt setting out the information contained on the roll prepared under clause a and also the time and place of the said sitting of the court of kevisvml 3 the charges imposed by this byiawr are a hen apon the land on which the building is erected and shall be col lected by the treasurer in the same manner and with tho same remedies as provided by the assessment act the collection of real property taxes 4 this bylaw shall not apply to 1 every building on land exempt from taxation under any general or special act 2 every building on land in re oat which an has been entered into with the mxtnicipality under section 28 of the planning act or any predecessor the 4 every residential building having not more than two ling units 5 every combined residential and nonresidential baodibatl having not more than two dwelling units 8 every building other than a residential bnivling with i an inside floor area of not more than 3000 square feet 5 the proceeds of the charges authorized by this bylaw shall i be deemed to be a reserve fund established under section i 298 of the municipal act i 6 during the year 1088 only the charges under this bylaw i shall be 50 percent of the charges set out in paragraph x of the bylaw unless the building permit is renewed whe the remaining 50 per cent shall become parable 7 no part of this bylaw shall come into fane without lho approval of the ontario municipal board but subject such approval
