    On the back of the postcard is written "Wishing Joe a very Merry Christmas from Willmott Hunter".

    The railway station was moved from its original position on Bronte Street to Chris Hadfield Park where it now serves as the Tourist Information Centre.

    The McGibbon House served Milton as a hotel for many decades under various names. It was destroyed by fire in 1973.
