Bishop Williams Remarkable Character Bishop Charles D. Williams is the speaker. His subject will touch upon the sentiment and significance attach- ing to the Armistice Sunday observ- ance here and throughout the United States. Bishop Williams, head of the Diocese of Michigan, is probably the best known prelate in the United States. He was in France with the Red Cross during the war. He was one of the principal speakers at the War Exposition held in Grant Park, Chicago, during the World War. He has written widely on the topics of the day, a series of articles which ap- peared in McClure's magazine a few years ago, being widely commented upon. He is also the author of sever- al books and is one of the foremost public speakers in the country. the Mandel Hall Chorus of the Un- iversity of Chicago, comprising 35 voi- ces, will lend atmosphere to the ser- vices by rendering a number of patri- otic selections.
