N. Max Dunning, it is stated, is now architect for the proposed struc- ture and is also financially interested in the project. He has drawn new plans which call for a seven instead of the previously projected eleven- story building. The site lor the proposed hotel is in the so-called "No Man's Land" district lying along Sheridan road be- tween Wilmette and Kenilworth. The plans provide for 120 apartments of four, five and six rooms, which will sell at from $13,000 to $19,000. Omar C Harris, . engineer and originator of the project is quoted as stating that thirty of the apart- ments already have been taken. Members of the syndicate promot- ing the Beach Manor project are an- ^unced as follows: ArcWtect Dun- ning, Fred Ratsch, W. D. Dayw Her- mSS S. Blaich, Patrick J. McArdte, and Mr. Harris. The cost is placed at $2,500,000 and completion is set tor May 1, 1924.
