Eminent Woman Preacher to Be Heard August 26 The pulpit of the Wilmette Parish Methodist church is to be occupied by distinguished visiting preachers on Aug- ust 26 and September 2. Miss Madaline Southard, of Kansas City, president of the National Associa- tion of Women Preachers, will preach the sermon on Sunday, August 26. Miss Southard is said to be a very able Rev. C .H. McCrea, junior editor of the Northwestern Christian Advocate, one of the official publications of the Methodist church, will be the preacher on Sunday, September 2. Dr. Gilbert Stansell, pastor of the local Methodist parish, will go to West Mansfield, Ohio, for two weeks. He will occupy his pulpit on Sunday, Septem- ber 9.
