Hubert Reinwald, 83, of 2045 Lake Av., died Sept. 21 [1975] at St. Francis Hospital, Evanston. Mr. Reinwald was born in the old village of Gross Point at 1101 Reinwald Rd., now known as 1101 Illinois Rd., Wilmette. He retired in 1953 from the Public Service Co. after 33 years of service. A charter member of the American Legion Peter J. Huerter Post No. 669, he was a member of St. Joseph Church. Survivors include his wife, Katherine; two sons, Paul Reinwald of Skokie and Donald Reinwald of Wilmette; four daughters, Rosemary Naset of Mundelein, Rita Reinwald of Wilmette, Grace Swanson of Morton Grove and Helen Dassow of Morton Grove; two brothers, Bernard Reinwald of Northfield and John Reinwald of Wilmette; a sister, Margaret Thalman of Northfield; and 15 grandchildren. A funeral mass was offered Sept. 25 at St. Joseph Church by the Rt. Rev. Charles Meter. Burial was in St. Mary Cemetery, Techny.
