Elaine DeGaetano Harvey, 71, of Winnetka, beloved wife for 49 years of Daggett Harvey, most loving mother of Laura Olds, Leslie Marty, Elizabeth Campbell, Caroline Brennan, Jean Harvey and Daggett Harvey III and 10+ grandchildren; beloved sister of Frank DeGaetano and sisters-in-law, Jean Vanderbilt, Melissa Polomarkakis and Elizabeth DeGaetano. Ellie died peacefully in her husband's arms December 31. Ellie was elegent, fun, gracious, warm, considerate, generous and loving. Visitation was Wednesday, January 6 at Wm. H Scott Funeral Home, Wilmette. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, January 7, at Sts. Faith Hope and Charity Church, Hill Road and Linden, Winnetka.
