Udell case expected to be brought before the Cook County Grand Jury; Udell arrested July 7, 1923 on warrant charging that he "did publish and circulate printed matter relative to the candicacy of Edward Zipf" during Wilmette Village election in April; pamphlet entitled "The Ventilator" contained anonymous attack on character of Zipf, then candidate for Wilmette Village president; Udell secured warrants before Justice Falk of Gross Point for arrest of four Wilmette citizens, Louis Starkel, F.
