- Elizabeth Williams of Evanston died Aug. 11 at St. Francis Hospital. She was 83 and a native of Austria. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis "X." Survivors include two sons, Burton (Eloise) of Wilmette and Charles of Chicago; two daughters, Mary (Harold) Koehler of Evanston and Betty Demont of South Haven, Mich.; 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and her brother, John Klemens of Brookville, Fla.
