- Mildred Colby Smith, 83, of the Normandy House in Wilmette died Oct. 3 at Evanston Hospital. Born in Clifton, Ill. Miss Smith is survived by two brothers, Harold of Key Biscayne, Fla., and Cecil of Boston, Mass.; and three nephews, Charles G. Smith of Winnetka, Hawley L. Smith and R. James Smith.
