- Katherine A. Peterson, formerly of Wilmette, died Feb. 11 in Sarasota, Florida. She was 88. Her husband, James D. Peterson, died in Sarasota in 1980. She is survived by two sons, James A. of Chicago, and Thomas H. of Santa Monica, California; and by grandchidren Dana W. and Niels W. Peterson. A daughter, Janet M. Peterson, died in 1987.
