Notes: Raymond William "Duke" Frank died Aug. 3 at Skokie Valley Hospital. He was 84. Mr. Frank was born in Freeport. Mr. Frank was married to the late Leona D. Frank. He is survived by his nieces, Nancy Kintzel and Linda Kintzel-Sorich of Chicago; his nephews, Dr. Theodore W. Frank of Champaign and Thomas W. Fischer of Lake Forest; and his sister, Dorothy Kintzel of Freeport. A graveside service will be held today at Memorial Park.
