- Gross receipts of the performance of "Gerard's Four Years in Germany" at the Village Theater last week, were turned in to the treasury of the Wilmette Guard as a contribution to the present Fund campaign. The sum of $269.55 was the gift of the theater management. Letter from M. L. Sparr, manager of the Village Theater Company explains the patriotic gesture. Thank you letter from Phil A. Grau, secretary of the Wilmette Guard signed June 19, 1918.
