- Glencoe residents and those in more than a dozen northern suburbs in the emerald ash borer quarentine zone can continue puting out bags of yard waste for collection beyond Monday. The Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cocok county's board voted to accept grass and wood waste at its west Glenview transfer station from municipalities within the quarantine zone.
