- In accordance with the suggestion of President Wilson that an hour of prayer for success and victory of the Allies be observed throughout the country each day. The Village Boarfd designated 6:30 o'clock in the evening daily as the hour of prayer in Wilmette. The hour will be announced each day by four long blasts of the fire siren at the Village Fire Department. Copy of the resolution
