Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:

A request by D.S. Development for a special use to permit a townhouse with more than four units in a building, a special use to permit more than one townhouse building on a lot, and a special use to permit five (5) townhouse units not fronting on a street to allow the construction of seven (7) townhouses in two (2) buildings on the property legally described as:

Blades and Dorothy Blades, his wife, one dated September 27, 1924 and recorded October 2, 1924 as document number 8615062 and dated February 2, 1927 and recorded February 2, 1927 as document number 9539340, for ingress and egress over and upon the west 5.00 feet of the East 155.00 feet of that part of the North 2.63 acres of Lot 33 in Subdivision of Baxter's Share of South section of Ouilmette Reservation aforesaid, lying West of Sanitary District right-of-way also over the Easterly 5.00 feet of Lot 7 in J.H.
