Notes: Thomas E. Hall Jr. of Green Bay, Wis., and formerly Wilmette died June 13 in Green Bay. He was 48.

Mr. Hall was born Aug. 31, 1958, in Waukegan.

Survivors include sons Tyler Joseph Hall and Benjamin Thomas Hall of Green Bay; his mother, Joan K. Hall of St. Petersburg, Fla.; sisters Julia H. Morris of Seminole, Fla., and Pamela J. Hall of Tennessee; aunt and uncle Jerry and Donna Korenin of Appleton, Wis.; and many cousins and friends, including his friend Mary McDonald.

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas E. Hall Sr.; his maternal grandparents, Albert and June Korenin; and his paternal grandparents, Harry and Ruth Hall.
