Notes: Rumor that organization had ceased operations is not true. Superintendent Howard E. Moore of Evanston keeps his office in his home, 2007 Lincoln street, Evanston. Until June 1, Mr. Moore was engaged in investigation work for the Committee of Fifteen of Chicago and worked part time for the Juvenile Protective Association.

No provision has been made in Wilmette to provide a police woman or other officer for duty at the free public bathing beach. It is hoped such an officer will be employed ther during the summer. Last season Winnetka employed Mr. and Mrs. Johnson to care for the public beach there. Mr. Johnson can swim and MRs. Johnson patrols the beach.
