Notes: The new price on sugar has been fixed by the Federal Sugar Board and residents of District No. 3, Cook County, will pay from 10 1/2 cents to 11 cents per pound on the new basis of cost. Consumers may now buy in finve-pound lots but only at the old ration basis of two pounds per person, per month and records of sales must be kept.
