- The southwest corner of Davis street and Ridge avenue in Evanston to have $90,000 building. J. P. O'Connor and John N. Welter have secured possession of the site from Mrs. Anna Morse who purchased it seven years ago from the Harvey Hurd estate. Plans were drawn by architect Thomas R. Bishop. Mr. Welter resides at 819 Monroe street.
