- A conference on church advertising and publicity was held last week at Willard Hall, The Temple, Chicago under the auspices of the Advertising association of Chicago. W. F.McClure of Wilmette was the instigator ofthis conference, the first of its kind. Among the sepakers from abroad were Rev. Charles L. Stelzle of Labor Temple of New York, Charles F. Reisner of New York and Paul B. Jenkins of Milwaukee. Rev. O. F. Jordan of Evanston also gave an address. Quotes from John Temple Graves of the Hearst newspapers, and James Keeley, editor of the Chicago Daily Herald.
