- Filmmaker Philip Ranstrom with "Cheat You Fair, The Story of Chicago's Maxwell Street Market," details the rise and fall of the famous South Side market. The film alleges the Daleys and the University of Illinois at Chicago conspired to destroy the Maxwell Street Market. On Saturday Nov. 3 the Skokie Theatre Music Foundation will host a gala screening of the film along with live performances from musicians including Eddy "The Chief" Clearwater and violin prodigy Max Lulich.
