William H. Johnson and Allen G. Mills have bought from the heirs of Henry Harms a tract of sixty acres just west of North Evanston for a reported consideration of about $40,000. The property is within two blocks of several attractive North Evanston homes, has 10-cent fair to the loop and a twenty-minute service on the Northwestern Road. The electric line to the Westmoreland and Glenview country clubs passes through the property. Chauncy G. Smith represented both parties.
