Notes: The Village Board unanimously approved a $67 million budget for fiscal 2008, about $5 million more than the 2007 spending plan. This will result in an increase of the municipal portion of the property tax of $47.17 or $3.93 per month. In addition to $360,000 for electrical and building improvements at the pumping station, $1.4 million has been allocated to address "reliability and emergency back-up power concerns.
