- Bridget Mary Houlihan and Michael Edward Kennedy were married Oct. 14, 2006, at the Catholic Chapel of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. The bride is the daughter of Daniel and Mary Alice Houlihan of Wilmette. The groom is the son of Mary and the late Donald Kennedy, of Waukegan, formerly of Barrington. The maid of honor was the bride's sister, Molly McDermott, Of Chicago, and the best man was the groom's brother, Patrick Kennedy, of Ann Arbor, Mich. The bridesmaids were Margaret Houlihan, Kathleen Houlihan and Nora Houlihan, sisters of the bride, of Chicago; Colleen Kennedy, sister of the groom, of New York; Elizabeth Donnelly of Chicago; Elin Kuffner of Seattle and Amy Chase of Massachusetts. The groomsmen were Martin Houlihan, brother of the bride, of Chicago; Jason Goodfriend of Virginia; Jason Blonstein, Patrick Lahey and Andrew White of Chicago; Trent Moore of Atlanta; and Gray Hassman of Texas. The couple reside in Chicago's West Loop.
