- Basket dinners at DesPlains Methodist camp last Thursday take many Wilmette people to the meeting. Spearkers touch on many subjects in a frank and open manner and facts presented which are disturbing. The Wilmette delegation included Rev. and Mrs. T. K. Gale, Mrs. L. B. Springer, Mrs. E. H. Robinson, Mrs. Edward Corette, MRs. E. G. Bentley, Mrs. E. M. Stafford, Mrs. C. G. Smith, Mrs. Egard, Mrs. Hanson, Mrs. J. C. Drake, Mrs. L. E. Blunt, Mrs. Elliott, Mrs. Jones, Mrs. Negus, Mrs. H. A. Peck, Mrs. T. N. Braithwaite, Mrs. Smurr, Mrs. A. K. Shurtleff, Mrs. W. C. Shurtleff, Mr. and Mrs. James , Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Lundberg, Miss Hattie Latham, Mr. Leland Pierson and Mr. Thayer, all of Wilmette, and Mr. and Mrs. Stoker of Kenilworth. The machines used in carrying the party to Des Plaines were furnished by Messrs. Stoker, Pierson, Appleyard, Lundberg, James and Thayer.
