- Home & Garden Television's show "Designed to Sell" worked on a Wilmette home recently to give it a professional touch to help it sell in today's sluggish real estate market. Gail Higgins' home on the 1700 block of Highland Avenue was chosen for the makeover show at the suggestion of her realtor, Merry Juell, who had seen the show transform a Glencoe home earlier this spring. The goal of the program is to show viewers how they can make a big impact on potential buyers with a small budget.
