Notes
At Resurrection Healthcare, the parent of St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, charity care is higher and patients are more likely to be on Medicaid, while those at Evanston Northwesern are more likely to pay with insurance and charity care is lower. Due to its strong finances, the bond rating companies have raised Evanston Northwestern's rating. Resurrection's has been downgraded, making it more expensive for the healthcare company to borrow money.
