Public Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing before the Building, Planning & Zoning Committee of the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Kenilworth on Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. at the Kenilworth Assembly Hall, 410 Kenilworth Avenue, to consider the following amendments to the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Kenilworth, 1969, as amended, and the Kenilworth Village Code (1959), as amended:

1. Article II, Definitions, Section 2.2 pertaining to adding the definition of "Sign, Election" and "Sign, Message".
2. Article VI, Supplemental Regulations Applicable To All Residential Districts, Section 6.9 pertaining to Signs Permitted.
3. Article IV, General Requirements And Provisions - All Districts, Section 4.5 pertaining to Fences.
4. Any and all other amendments to provisions of Zoning Ordinance as may be germane to the proposed amendments.
