Notes: S. G. Skinner, 727 Central was awakened by the noise of his own automobile being driven away. After reporting the theft, he found his car standing a block away from his home. He afterwards discovered that someone had been using his car frequently at night, returning it before the family were up in the morning. No arrests have been made.
