- Mr. E. Anderson, with others, connected with concern building a battery of coke ovens in Chattanooga. Many Wilmette and Evanston people are stockholders in this company, which was originally conceived and organized by Arthur Roberts and Albert H. Bowman, of Evanston, and E. Anderson, 1123 Elmwood avenue, Wilmette. The company owns the patents to the Roberts ovens. The officers are E. M. Bowman, president; Arthur Roberts, vice-president; Albert H. Bowman, treasurer, and E. Anderson, secretary. Description of the business and plans for construction.
