Notes: James Monroe Payne, husband of Ruth Brunner Payne died at home on October 11, 2008. Jim was born in Charleston, West Virginia on January 14, 1915 to
the late James Monroe III and Mabel Crimmins Payne. He is survived by his wife, his daughter Catherine C. Payne of Evanston, his stepchildren James F. Moore and his wife Shirley Kosko of Libertyville and Susan Moore Gobel and her husband Albert of New Haven Connecticut, and grandchildren Wade Gobel and Amy Gobel.
