Notes: Tomorrow the Board of Local Charities will open a second-hand exchange in Wilmette where castoff clothing may be disposed of. The proceeds will be applied to the fund of the Board of Local Charities. The committee handling this project consists of Miss Brent, Mrs. C. W. Braithwaite and Mrs. W. J. Weldon. Clothing that cannot be sold will be given to local needy families. Second-hand furniture will also be received. Arrangements have been made with Mrs. F. O. Bohannon to take charge of the exchange to be located above Van Deusen's grocery store at the corner of Central Avenue and Twelfth street. Others on the board are Mr. C. A. Keller, Mr. J. Gordon Smith, Mrs. W. [William] J. Weldon
