NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:

627 Washington Avenue A request by Joe Modica for a 518.34 square foot (6.91%) total floor area variation to permit the construction of a one story addition under an existing second story, a front porch and a chimney on the property legally described as:
Lot 7 in Block 15 in Dingee's Addition to Wilmette Village, in Cook County, Illinois.
