Notes: A new restaurant, Olive Oil, will open in the space formerly occupied by a coffee shop, Spillin' the Beans, at 1154 Central Avenue, which is closing on December 31 after losing its lease. Coffee shop owner Sheldon Dahl could not be reached for comment but customer, Dell Kennedy, spoke fondly of the business. The incoming tenant is Rosie Petropoulos of Lincolnwood
